In addition, we have taken appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your data, as well as all other rights that you have.

When you contact us via email, we collect your email address so that we can respond directly to your communication.

Right of access

Studere is committed to ensuring the protection of the security of the personal data made available to it, having approved and implemented strict rules in this matter. Compliance with these rules is an obligation of all those who legally access them.

Bearing in mind the concern and commitment that Studere shows in the defense of personal data, security measures of a technical and organizational nature have been adopted in order to protect the personal data made available to it against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing.

Access to customers’ personal information is limited to employees who have a legitimate need to come into contact with that information to provide services to the Customer in the performance of their duties.

In addition, third parties which, in the context of the provision of services, process customers’ personal data on behalf of and on behalf of Studere, are obliged, in writing, to implement appropriate technical and security measures that, at any time, meet the requirements of the legislation in force and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject (in particular,  protection of customers’ privacy and personal data).

Accordingly, any entity subcontracted by Studere will process our Customers’ personal data on behalf of and on behalf of Studere and taking necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access and against any other form of unlawful processing. In any case, Studere remains responsible for the personal data made available to it.

Notwithstanding the security measures taken by Studere, we warn all internet users who must take additional security measures, including ensuring that they use an updated PC and Browser in terms of properly configured security patches, with active firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware, and to ensure the authenticity of the websites they visit on the Internet,  should avoid websites that they do not trust.

In the future, you may need to update or revise this Privacy Policy. Studere reserves the right to do so at any time and without notice by disclosing the revised version in www.studere.pt.

These changes will take effect from the day of their publication and only on the personal information collected after the publication of the revised version.
